Meet Mrs. Delfina – Educational Guide
With 14 years of experience as both an elementary teacher and a school principal, Mrs. Delfina brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the classroom. Despite her success in administration, her true passion has always been working directly with children, which led her back to teaching.
Now guiding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders in a micro school setting, Mrs. Delfina embraces the unique advantages of small classrooms with no more than 10 students. She treasures the one-on-one attention she can provide each day and believes that this personalized approach makes a lasting difference.
Whether her students are participating in discussions, creating new projects, or exploring their world, Mrs. Delfina fosters curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. Her commitment ensures every child feels valued and supported on their educational journey.

Meet Mr. Kay – Educational Guide
Mr. Kay brings six years of experience teaching 5th, 6th, and 7th graders in a micro school setting. Working in a single-classroom environment with no more than 10 students, he values the close connections and individualized support that microschools make possible.
He especially enjoys the one-on-one attention he can give his students each day, helping them master subjects at their own pace while also encouraging curiosity, responsibility, and confidence. Mr. Kay’s teaching style blends structure with flexibility, ensuring every learner feels supported and challenged.
With his dedication and passion for middle school learners, Mr. Kay creates a classroom where students are not only prepared academically but also equipped with the skills and encouragement they need to thrive in the next stage of their education.
Meet Miss Janae – Educational Guide
Miss Janae is a passionate and dedicated Educational Guide with three years of experience teaching students in grades 1 through 8 in a micro school setting. She thrives in the intimate, one-classroom environment with no more than 10 students, where she can provide the one-on-one attention every child deserves.
Miss Janae is especially skilled at coaching and supporting older students, guiding 8th graders as they build independence, confidence, and strong academic foundations for the future. Her approach combines patience, encouragement, and creativity, ensuring each learner feels seen, supported, and challenged.
With her love for personalized learning and her commitment to helping every student succeed, Miss Janae creates a warm, engaging, and supportive classroom community where children can grow both academically and personally.
Meet Miss Tori – Educational Guide
Miss Tori brings five years of teaching experience, including
three years in Sunday school and two years in a micro school
setting. She has worked with K–8 students in a one-classroom
environment with no more than 10 learners, where she thrives on the personalized attention she can provide each day.
She especially enjoys coaching and supporting middle school students, guiding 8th graders as they prepare for their next steps in education with confidence and independence. Miss Tori’s nurturing approach helps students feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to grow academically and personally.
Passionate about creating a caring and connected classroom, Miss Tori ensures every child has the opportunity to be seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
